Can I return an item?

When shopping at Cadi & Co. please choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds due to the handmade and custom nature of our products.

If something has arrived damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible.

I have questions about colours, can you help?

Of course! We’re always happy to discuss colour choices & provide a digital mockup before you place your order. Please reach out either via the contact form, or by email at hello@cadiandco.com.au.

Can you help with a custom order?

Please reach out via Etsy for any special requests, and we’ll do our best to help!

When will my order be sent?

Please note some items have longer dispatch times than others. Ready made items will be dispatched within a few days, however personalised/custom items will be dispatched within 3-4 weeks depending on availability of materials.
