Felt Party Hat

Felt party hat, perfect for your little one to wear to celebrate them turning one!

Hat is made of layers of wool felt, with a glitter wool felt number and pom pom attached. There is a piece of thin elastic attached to easily keep hat on child’s head.

You have the choice of felt & pom pom colours for the hat, as well as the choice of what number in either gold or silver glitter.
